Software for everything at a boarding school that happens outside the classroom.

Residence shifts, sign-outs, room checks, detentions, work orders, room bookings, staff hours. We put them in one place, under your school's name, alongside the student information system you already have. Turn on only the parts you need.

Maple Hill is a made-up school. The screens show modules that exist today.

It carries your school's name, not ours.

There's no product logo for staff to get used to and no vendor name on the screens. Staff and students log in to what looks like your school's own system, because as far as they're concerned, it is.

What it replaces

Most boarding schools run the non-academic side of the day on forms, paper and spreadsheets like these. Each one has a module that replaces it.

Modules

Switch each one on or off. Start with the two or three that cause the most trouble and add more when you're ready. You're priced on the modules you turn on.

Residence

Shift schedules, logbook with handover questions, room assignments, weekly room checks, incidents, laundry and snack schedules, grocery orders with approval, food inventory with low-stock alerts.

Students

Directory with CSV import, layered notes, medical, dietary and allergy fields locked by role, discipline, detention, study hall, extracurricular attendance, keys and devices issued.

Staff

Directory, time clock with approvals, time off with allowances and balances, certifications with expiry dates.

Operations

Room and space bookings with clash checks and repeats, work orders, field trip proposals and approval, school calendar sync.

Student portal

A separate login for students with three things on it: sign in or out, send feedback, see the snack menu.

Management

Wages and the student feedback inbox, visible to management only. Module switches, your school's name throughout, and a how-to page for every module.

What it doesn't do

Marks, timetables, admissions, billing or payroll. Keep Veracross, Blackbaud or whatever you use for those.

Who sees what

Every page is checked on the server against the user's role. A residence don can't open wages, and a student can't open anything but the portal.

Where the data lives

On servers in Montréal. We sign a data processing agreement with every school.

Benit Lushugurhi

Who's behind it

I'm Benit. I teach at a boarding school in Ontario. When I started, the school was running residence and operations on about a dozen Jotforms, plus paper and spreadsheets. I built this software to put all of it in one place.

It's a small company: you deal with me directly, from the first call through setup and after.
